Tim Rundel is a northern California documentary filmmaker. He completed his BA in Theatre at Northwestern Oklahoma State University where he immersed himself in radio, television production and theatre. His latest short documentary, "B'CATS, The Bryan County Alternative Transportation Society" follows a former city manager in southern Oklahoma who takes a deep dive into a subculture of local misfits who utilize riding lawnmowers as their primary mode of transportation.

In 2016, Rundel directed and produced "Brother Valentine", which won Best Short Documentary at the Sacramento Film and Music Festival, the Red Dirt Film Festival and the Twister Alley Film Festival. Tim was an Executive Producer for the short doc, “Calls to Okies: The Park Grubbs Story” which was selected for the 2015 SXSW Film Festival, deadCenter Film Festival, San Francisco Doc Fest and the Traverse City Film Fest.

In 2014 his micro-short documentary “Thanks for the Buggy Ride” was selected at the BareBones Film Festival. He is the owner of MonkeyKing Productions.
